Fifth ceasefire violation by Pak in three days

Nowshera: In yet another ceasefire violation by Pakistan, there was unprovoked firing from the other side of the border at two posts in Jammu and Kashmir’s Nowshera sector along the Line of Control.

According to reports, the Pakistani forces fired over 180 rounds last night. 
No casualties have been reported. This is the fifth ceasefire violation by Pakistan in the last three days.

Pakistan High Commissioner Optimistic

Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit on Saturday said that Pakistan has always maintained that it wants good relations with India, and added issues could be resolved between both the countries if they have the `will`.

“If both sides have the will, then there is no reason our issues cannot be dealt with. Pakistan has always maintained that we want good relations with India,” said Basit.
