Patna: The second phase of the Bihar Assembly polls looked all set to sail smoothly, but then the discovery of a cane bomb in one of the polling booth spread panic among voters who had turned up to cast their votes.
With the second phase of the Bihar Assembly polls underway, a cane bomb was found on Friday in polling booth no. 144 near Rafiganj constituency in Aurangabad district here.
