The iconic monuments in the British capital this evening bathed in the tri-colour of India as a “unique tribute” to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s maiden visit to the country.

The London Bridge and the giant Ferris wheel on the south bank of the River Thames were illuminated with saffron, white and green colours as Modi and Cameron visited the river bank.
