Delhi HC refuses to stop AAP’s Odd Even formula

Date:

As the brouhaha over the Delhi government’s Odd Even Logic continues, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to put a stay on ‘Odd-Even formula’ for cars which will be effective from January 1.

The court has also asked the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led-Delhi Government to take into consideration the issues raised in the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking exemption for disabled people.

The PIL had demanded exemption for disabled people as their vehicles are specially designed and they can’t follow the ‘Odd-Even formula’.

The next hearing will take place on January 6.
