Dabur has joined hands with New Delhi Municipal Council(NDMC) to fight dengue. Together, they will organise school rallies to sensitisegeneral public, particularly school-going children, on itsprevention. "As a first step, Dabur and NDMC organised the rally inNavyug School, which was flagged off by Delhi Cantt MLACommando Surender Singh. More than 200 students marched toraise awareness on preventing Dengue," the company said in astatement today. "We, in collaboration with Dabur, have taken a pledge tocompletely eradicate dengue. In order to achieve this, we areorganizing rallies in various schools and educating childrenabout the disease," Chief Medical Officer, NDMC, R N Singhsaid. As part of this initiative, Dabur and NDMC will alsoorganise school contact programmes, which will seek tosensitise the authorities of NDMC schools and nodal officersto implement dengue protection measures in their schools andoffices.
