Pilgrim dies in Mathura

Mathura, Aug 25 (PTI) A 40-year-old pilgrim hailing fromMadhya Pradesh today died under mysterious circumstances at SriKrishna Janmasthan here, officials said today. The pilgrim identified as Bharat Lal, a resident of Sagardistrict in MP, suddenly fell down in the shrine premisesaround 8.30 PM, City Magistrate Ramaraj Yadav said. He was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared himbrought dead, he said. Lal was in the city for Janmashtami celebration. An investigation is on in the matter and the cause of thedeath will be known after the postmortem, he added. PTI CORRDIP SMJDIP
