Boy’s father files FIR against girlfriend and her father

Ghaziabad, Aug 26 (PTI) The father of a 16-year-old boywho allegedly committed suicide in Indirapuram area, todayfiled an FIR against the boy’s girlfriend and her father,holding the duo "responsible" for his son’s death. A class XI student, Varun Rajput(16) was found yesterdayin a severely injured condition by the guards of Aaditya citygroup housing society where he was found lying injured in apool of blood. He was taken to a hospital, but was declared dead. "Varun’s father Madan Singh has lodged an FIR againstVarun’s girlfriend and classmate and her father for killinghis son," police said. "Madan is alleging that Varun was called by hisgirlfriend’s father to his flat. Later, the father-daughterduo threw Varun off the balcony of their flat," said SHOGorakh Nath Yadav. The girlÂ’s parents were allegedly against her friendshipwith Varun. In his complaint, Madan has further alleged that when hereached the spot where his son was lying injured in a pool ofblood, they noticed that "most of blood stains were washedaway by them and the terrace was partly wet despite therebeing no rainfall on Wednesday". "The accused have been booked under section 302 and 201 ofIPC. We are trying to ascertain whether Varun committedsuicide or he was murdered," said Yadav.
