Light rains keep weather comfortable in Bihar

Patna, Aug 31 (PTI) Light rains in parts of Bihar kept theweather comfortable while the humidity remained high today. According to state weather office, Patna recorded 4.4 mmrain in past 24 hours. Temple town of Gaya registered 45.2 mmrain while it was 9.2 mm in Purnea. The state capital recorded a maximum temperature of 36.2degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature was recorded at 35.1 degreesCelsius in Gaya, 37 degrees Celsius in Bhagalpur and 35.2degrees Celsius in Purnea. Humidity remained high in Patna and Gaya at 85 per centeach, 81 per cent in Bhagalpur and 86 per cent in Purnea, theweathermen said.
