New Delhi, Aug 31 (PTI) Railways today decided to asignthe responsibility of Financial Commissioner (FC) toAdditional Member (Finance) KB Nanda after the incumbent SMookerjee demitted office. Nanda, a senior Indian Railway Accounting Serviceofficer, will look after the duties of the FC in addition tohis present duties, according to railways.
