A day India carried out the surgical strikes in PoK, the opposition showed full support to the government on Friday as Congress Vice President, Rahul Gandhi exclaimed that he and the Congress party is standing by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
“Modi has my full support; the Congress party and entire nation is standing by him,” RahulGandhi said.

Earlier on Thursday, after the All Party meeting chaired by Home Minister, Rajnath Singh, Congress Leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said:
“We support all steps taken by the govt to finish terrorism coming from Pakistan. Congress will always support the Indian forces for country’s protection and unity.”
