Chandigarh: In a major reshuffle, Nine IAS officers and four HCS officers have been transferred on Friday with immediate effect by the state government.
Rajni Sekhri Sibal, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department has been given additional charge of Chairperson, Haryana Minerals Limited, New Delhi, relieving Anand Mohan Sharan.
She will also look after the work of Managing Director, Haryana Minerals Limited, New Delhi, in addition to her present duties, said an official release.

Varinder Singh Kundu, ACS, Agriculture Department, has been posted as ACS, Tourism Department.
Sumita Misra, Principal Secretary, Housing and Cultural Affairs Departments has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Archives and Archeology and Museums Departments while Abhilaksh Likhi, Principal Secretary, Tourism Department has been posted as Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department.
Meanwhile, Pradeep Kasni, Director General and Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department has been given the charge of Managing Director, Haryana Land Reclamation Development Corporation.
Mohammed Shayin, Managing Director, Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Higher Education Department and State Project Director, State Higher Education Council (Ex-Officio) in Higher Education under NHEAB scheme.
Wazeer Singh Goyat, Director and Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce, has been given the charge of Director and Special Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department.

He would also be Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes Development Corporation and Managing Director, Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Section Kalyan Nigam.
Vikas Yadav, Director and Special Secretary, Higher Education Department and State Project Director, State Higher Education Council (Ex-Officio) in Higher Education under NHEAB scheme has been posted as Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
HCS officers who have been shifted are Ram Swarup Verma, Kulwant Kumar Kalson, Manish Kumar Lohan and Satish Kumar.
