Two months waiting to get all new Toyota Fortuner

Launched earlier this month, the all new Toyota Fortuner is continuing to be in high demand like its predecessor. Booking for the SUV was started on the 7th of this month and just in two weeks, most of the dealers of the big cities have started giving waiting periods of about 2 months for the deliveries.

The all new Fortuner was launched with 2.8-litre diesel engine in 2WD and 4WD options and a 2.7-litre petrol enigne 2WD only. Both the engines comes with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox options. Currently the diesel automatic variant is the most in demand and the dealers are promising deliveries to commence either at the December end or at the start of the January.

The petrol version on the other hand, is less in demand and mostly available immediately.

The Fortuner petrol is priced between Rs 25.92 lakh- Rs 27.61 lakh while the diesel version starts at Rs 27.52 lakh and goes upto Rs 31.12 lakh for the AT 4×4 variant (all ex-showroom, Delhi). Toyota has given all the specs and features as standard and variants are differentiated depending on the combinations of the gearbox and the drivetrain.
