1. Tsar Bomba
The undisputed king of Nuclear bomb was from Russian Federation. Tsar Bomba had double the yield of B-41 (50) megatons. It is considered to be equal to 3800 Hiroshima Nuclear bombs.
The blast takes place 4 km above the ground. The third stage of the thermonuclear bomb increases the power of the explosion. The Bomb weights massive 27000 kgs and was tested on October 30, 1961.

2. B-41 Nuclear Bomb
Most powerful Nuclear bomb tested by the USA yet. It was the only three stage thermonuclear bomb ever. It had an astonishing yield of 25 megatons, and it was tested in 1960.
3. Castle Bravo
Castle Bravo was developed by the USA on March 1, 1954. This thermonuclear bomb was tested at the Marshal Island Bikini Atol in 1954. The Bravo had yield of 14-8 megatons.
4. The Ivy Mike Nuclear Bomb
The Ivy Mike was the bomb from which concept of mushroom cloud started after the explosion of thermonuclear device. The bomb was tested by the USA on Enewetak, Pacific ocean on November 1, 1952.
5. MK-39 Nuclear Bomb
Another massive Nuclear bomb from USA’s arsenal was more advanced version of predecessor of MK-21. This thermonuclear bomb was designed in 1950s and produced yield upto 10 megatons.
6. MK-17 Nuclear Bomb
First massive Nuclear bomb used by the US air force had an astonishing yield of 10-15 megatons. Around 200 MK 17s were made in 1955.

7. B-53 Nuclear Bomb
USA tested this Nuclear during the cold war. It was the second most power Nuclear bomb after B-41 at that time. The B-43 was designed 1958-61. It was first of its kind with dual implosion. It had massive yield of 9 megatons and weighed 4010 kgs.
8. MK-16 Nuclear Bomb
One of the most powerful and first Nuclear bomb that used cryogenic liquid deuterium fusion fuel was tested in December 1953 by USA. It had blast yield of 6-8 megatons.
9. Fat Man Atomic Bomb
The infamous bomb used by USA to wipe out Japanese town of Nagasaki in World War 2 on 9 August 1952, was named Fat Man because of its shape. It was the second most powerful nuclear bomb used in the history. Weighing 4700 kgs, Fat Man’s blast power was 21 kilotonnes.
10. Hurricane Atomic Bomb
The Hurricane was the first atomic bomb tested by UK on 3rd October 1952 which was tested in Western Australia. The bomb with plutonium implosion device had maximum yield power of 25 kilotonnes.
