Paytm Mall empowers over 1,000 car, bike dealerships; aims to boost online discovery with QR Codes

Date:

New Delhi: Paytm Mall is contributing towards the growth of automobile dealers by bringing their offerings online. This has enabled over a thousand dealerships across the country to reach a wider set of customers.

Dealers have also embraced the Paytm Mall QR code as a powerful medium to drive sales leads without the need of managing a large inventory. This has seen the Mall QR Code emerging as an impactful marketing tool to measure conversions and transaction for all local promotional activities.

Automobile dealers selling vehicles of Suzuki, Mahindra, Honda and Yamaha use Paytm Mall QR Codes in print advertisements, outdoor installations or BTL marketing materials to drive sales or test-drive leads.

This solution has helped brands drive higher sales and ensure perfect synchronization between their online and offline promotions while allowing consumers to book their favorite vehicles at the most attractive prices.

“We are looking to further enhance the effectiveness of our platform by offering Paytm Mall QR Codes to our partners. Local dealerships can now leverage our massive QR network to get the most out of their promotional budgets with customized marketing activities and round the clock sales opportunities. This will help individual outlets drive incremental traffic and expand their businesses,” said chief operating officer Paytm Mall, Amit Sinha.

“At Paytm Mall, our goal is to democratize access to retail-based products by leveraging the power of mobile technology. A great showcase of our promise is the automotive segment where close to 50 percent of all bookings are from Tier II and Tier III cities. This has not only created a new and exciting segment in the e-commerce space, but also led to a fundamental shift in user behavior towards booking two-wheelers online,” added Sinha

Paytm Mall’s two-wheeler booking platform enables customers to easily book their favorite vehicle online with exclusive offers and accept delivery from their nearest dealerships. Available across 150 Indian cities, the competitive prices have further fueled the strong growth in sales.

Paytm Mall is also working with local shopkeepers to bring their catalog online, which will enable discovery of their products. The company will provide the shops with Paytm Mall QR Code solution, where consumers will be able to scan and place an order, thereby creating a smoother discovery and buying experience.

This will empower local shops to get additional revenues from customers who will be able to buy their products online on the Paytm Mall platform. Brands will also be able to increase sales of their offline distribution while also making sure that their products are available to consumers online.
