The shoot of Sanjay Dutt’s biopic wraps up in style

One of the highly awaited films of the year is the Sanjay Dutt biopic directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The untitled film starring Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt is definitely an anticipated film since the news of the film went viral. It has now finally been wrapped up.

On Sunday, Rajkumar Hirani finally shot the last scene of the film before the cast and crew celebrated the wrap up. Sonam Kapoor, who has a guest appearance in the film, took to her Instagram stories to share the wrap-up celebration photographs and videos. The entire cast and crew were seen wearing a T-shirt with a hashtag which read, “#DuttsTheWay.”


A group video was shared by the makers whether the entire cast were seen announcing the wrap up together. The captioned read, “And it’s a wrap for the team behind #DuttBiopic! All set for the release on #June29, save the date! #DuttsTheWay.”

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film also stars Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt, Manisha Koirala as Nargis, Dia Mirza as Maanayata Dutt, Anushka Sharma in a cameo appearance as  a lawyer, Vicky Kaushal, Tabu in a cameo appearance and Boman Irani.

The film is slated to release on June 29.
