The four-hour long poll witnessed a tough fight between the BJP and Congress. As of the time of filing of this report, over 54,000 people gave their opinion on the poll, out of which BJP got 54.9% votes while Congress managed to get 35.2% votes and JD(S) just managed to get 8% of vote share.
Interestingly, nearly 100 people also chose for NOTA (None of the Above).
Well, it seems BJP has an edge in Karnataka, but it’ll be an interesting election ahead as the Congress’ newly elected President Rahul Gandhi will certainly work hard to retain it’s power in Karnataka.
