Google introduces ‘Tasks’ as an app

Date:

Google has launched a new to-do list called ‘Tasks’ that can be downloaded as an app on iOS or Android, and can be created within the new Gmail or from Google Calendar. So it can be used within Gmail and accessed on the phone, which was not possible earlier.

By opening an email and adding it to your Task list, the subject line of the email and a link to the email are added to the Tasks list on the right side of the Gmail window. This can be used to make shortcuts to email chains

It also solves other problems like setting up a task, adding a reminder and some details, making multiple lists. It’s basically a pen-and-paper to-do list, accessible everywhere you can use Google products.
