The Uttar Pradesh Government under Yogi Adityanath made some amendments and transferred eleven IAS officers on Thursday, thereby, changing their responsibilities.
The officers who have been transferred include Senior IAS Officer Rama Raman from Commissioner and Director of Handloom and Textile to Additional Chief Secretary, Silk Handloom and Textile Department.
Next is IAS Rajesh Kumar Singh, who has been transferred from Additional Chief Secretary, Silk Handloom and Textile Department to Principal Secretary, Establishment and Industrial Development.
Monika S. Garg has been shifted to Special Executive Officer of Noida and was previously Principal Secretary, Child Development and Revenue Department.
Others who have been transferred include Panchayatiraj Sharda Singh, Sandeep Kumar, Om Prakash Rai, IAS Nagendra Pratap, Sukhlal Bharti, C. Indumati, Sangeeta Singh, and Andre Wamsey.
With immediate effect, the officers will be introduced to the new duties and responsibilities will be taken over by them.
