Quantico actress Priyanka Chopra will begin her shooting for ‘The Sky Is Pink’ on Wednesday. The actress took to Instagram to express her excitement with a few stunning selfies.

She captioned her image as “I’m so excited and happy about today. Some stories just need to be told. In the spirit of Aisha Chaudhry and her incredible parents Aditi and Niren we bring you our tentatively titled super special project The Sky is Pink. Going on floors today. God Speed.”
In the photos, we can see her with her co-stars Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and producers Sidharth Roy Kapur and Ronnie Screwvala.
“In both aspects, I am equally excited to work with the amazing team of actors and technicians we have on board. Shonali is a formidable filmmaker and I can’t wait to see this story unfold in her expertise. I’m looking forward to working with Farhan, Ronnie and Sid again. All in all, it’s a great homecoming,” added the actress, who has worked with Farhan in “Dil Dhadakne Do”.

Zaira says she is thrilled to be part of the movie. “I immediately fell in love with the story when Sid and Shonali narrated it to me. It is a character that touched my heart and I am honoured to be playing this role. I am looking forward to working with Farhan and Priyanka.” Farhan calls it a “beautiful story”. “I am looking forward to working with Priyanka again and collaborating with Ronnie and Sid,” he added.
The story of the film is based on Aisha Choudhary, a motivational speaker who was diagnosed with immune deficiency disorder as an infant and died at an age of 19.
Cowboy Ninja Viking is Priyanka’s upcoming Hollywood movie with Chris Pratt and is allegedly engaged to Nick Jonas, an American singer.
