Moderate rainfall lashes Delhi NCR

On early Thursday morning, Delhi NCR witnessed moderate rains providing relief from the humidity. The major areas affected by the rainshower were Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and a few parts of Delhi. A cloudy and windy morning along with rainfall was the wake-up alarm for the residents of Delhi NCR.

According to the meteorological forecast, there is expected to be a dip in the maximum temperature within the next couple of days. As per the forecast, the maximum and minimum temperatures in Delhi NCR on Thursday are expected to be recorded at 34 and 27-degree Celsius.

Thunderstorm and heavy rain showers are also likely to hit the capital region later in the day. Going by the report by an official from the IMD on Wednesday, “the rainfall activity will vary across Delhi and similar spells of rain will be witnessed.” “Delhi’s humidity continued to stay on the higher side hovering between 60-80%. It is expected to stay in a similar range for the next few days.”
