Miss Universe-1995, Chelsi Smith passed away on Saturday from liver cancer. Chelsi was 45 years old. She won the crown of Miss Universe in the year 1995.
On Sunday, Bollywood actor and ex-Miss Universe Sushmita Sen paid condolences to the family. She took to her Twitter handle to express her grief,
