John Abraham’s RAW finally gets a release date

John Abraham is all geared to return to the big screen with his upcoming film ‘Romeo Akbar Walter’ (RAW).

The film also features Sikander Kher and is set to arrive in theaters on April 12, 2019.

The actor has had a decent run at the box office and last year’s releases including Parmanu and Satyameva Jayate.

Taking to Twitter, film critic Taran Adarsh announced the film’s release, writing, “Release date finalised… #RomeoAkbarWalter #RAW to release on 12 April 2019… Stars John Abraham, Mouni Roy, Jackie Shroff, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi and Sikandar Kher… Directed by Robbie Grewal… Produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures, KYTA Productions and VA Film Company.”

Mouni Roy, who too is a part of the venture too posted about it on Twitter.

The thriller film is set against the backdrop of the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 and is said to be inspired by true events.
