The book has been penned by the Buddhist monk Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche with Helen Tworkow and maps a journey and insight into the life of the Tibetan monk. He went through a life-changing experience and gained wisdom through his learnings. Rinpoche has poured his heart out and shared the invaluable lessons he has learnt during his four years of wandering retreat and meditation practices.
