FACT CHECK

When NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture, we found that the claim attached with the picture is FAKE.

On putting the picture through Reverse Image Search, we found that the man touching Rahul Gandhi’s feet in NOT Motilal Vora, but he is senior Congress leader TS Singh Deo.

We came across a video by national news channel ABP News on their official website dated December 20th, 2018 after Congress formed government in Chattisgarh.

According to the report, “senior Congress leader TS Singh Deo fell at the feet of Congress President Rahul Gandhi soon after taking oath as a cabinet minister in the newly-formed Congress government in Chhattisgarh.”

Hence, the above information proves that the claim attached to the picture is FAKE and the man in the picture is NOT veteran Congress leader, Motilal Vora.
