In a bid to completely change the way people travel, global cab curator Uber and auto major Hyundai teamed up together and unveiled a flying taxi.
Both companies revealed a model of a four-seater electric flying vehicle at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2020 in Las Vegas.
Hyundai announced that the first actual prototype of the flying car will be ready in 2023. In addition, the spokesperson of Hyundai was quoted in a report saying that initially, a human pilot will fly the air taxi until the companies finalize software to autonomously control it.

Reportedly, Hyundai and Uber have not yet completed a test flight of the new vehicle.
Meanwhile, Uber is offering human-piloted helicopter rides in Manhattan.
