NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found the claim to be false.
On putting the image through Reverse Image Search, we found that it is an AFP picture from Bogota, Colombia.
The caption of the image ina report by Arab Time read, “Youngsters wearing protective suits take part in a performance as part of an awareness campaign against the spread of the new coronavirus, COVID-19, in Bogota on March 18, 2020. (AFP)”
We also found a tweet by AFP dated March 19, where they shared the same picture along with some others.
