UP: Moradabad Hospital Ward Boy Dies After COVID-19 Vaccination

A 46-year-old man, who worked as a ward boy in a district hospital in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad, died a day after taking the vaccine for coronavirus.

On Saturday, the man identified as Mahipal Singh began feeling uneasy immediately after taking the jab. He later complained of uneasiness in the chest, breathlessness, and cough the next morning after which he was rushed to the hospital. The doctors at the district hospital pronounced him brought dead.

Family members of Mahipal said he was a little unwell before he took the jab but his condition deteriorated after taking the vaccine.

The Uttar Pradesh CMO has said a post-mortem will be conducted to ascertain the cause of death.
