FACT CHECK
NewsMobile did a fact-check and found the claim to be fake.
We checked the website of the Election Commission and found that no assembly elections were held in Uttar Pradesh in 1992.
We also found that in 2002 UP Polls, though Samajwadi Party emerged as the single-largest party by winning 143 seats, it failed to prove its mandate. In 2002, BSP and BJP formed a coalition government. The government however collapsed in 2003 and SP President Mulayam Singh Yadav became UP Chief Minister on August 29, 2003 and continued till May 13, 2007.
In the 2012 elections, Samajwadi Party won UP Polls by winning 224 of the 403 seats and Akhilesh Yadav became the Chief Minister.
Thus, based on the above incident it is clear that the numerology that is viral on social media is factually incorrect and misleading.
