Explosion In Hapur’s Electronic Factory, 15 Injured And 8 Killed

Hapur: A total of 15 people were injured and 8 died in the explosion that took place at an electronic manufacturing unit in Hapur on Saturday.

The electronic manufacturing factory was located in the Dholana area of Hapur. According to the officials, a rescue operation is underway.

The police in a statement confirmed that 15 people were injured and eight people died after the explosion. The police further added that “Injured people are being treated in hospital. We are probing the matter. Action will be taken against those responsible.”

The Chief Minister’s office has directed the district administration to disperse to the site and oversee the rescue operations.
