Ind Vs Aus: Hardik, Kuldeep Shine As Australia Bowled Out For 269

Date:

Chennai: Fiery spells from Kuldeep Yadav and Hardik Pandya restrict Australia to a total of 269 runs in the first innings of the final ODI match on Wednesday.

Australia had a dominant start as openers Mitch Marsh and Travis Head took charge of the Indian bowling attack. Hardik Pandya walked in to rescue the side with a crucial breakthrough of Travis Head in the 10th over.

Skipper Steve Smith was bowled by Pandya as he was looking to add some runs to the total. Pandya also removed Mitch Marsh as he was moving towards a much-deserved half-century.

Kuldeep Yadav joined hands and picked up three crucial wickets which included David Warner, Marnus Labuchagne, and Alex Carey.

Mohammad Siraj and Axar Patel removed the lower order of the Aussies as they restricted the runs on board.

India will now bat to chase a total of 270 runs to secure the ODI series win against Australia at home.
