New Delhi: Another incident of ‘urinating’ on a co-passenger came to light late on Sunday night when a passenger arriving from New York on an American Airlines flight, in an inebriated state argued with a co-passenger and urinated on him.
According to security officials quoted by ANI, the unruly passenger (Indian) was travelling from New York on American Airlines Flight No. AA 292.
The crew members contacted Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) soon after the flight landed in the national capital.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in a statement said, “an allegedly inebriated passenger (arriving from New York by American Airlines) relieved himself on another passenger. American Airlines has recorded the statements of co-passengers and handed over the passenger to law enforcement.”
DGCA further added that an FIR was lodged in connection with the case.
A similar incident happened last month when a passenger was caught allegedly urinating on a US passenger in mid-air on an American Airlines flight from New York to New Delhi. The airline also imposed a ban on the passenger from flying on any of its flights in the future.
