We ran a Reverse Image search on the keyframes of the video and found a similar image in an article by NewsMobile dated June 2023. As per the report, the image shows PM Modi in a high-level meeting to review the situation in Odisha’s Balasore where two trains collided killing hundreds.
We also found a video of the meeting in a report by ToI dated June 2023. The headline of the report read, “Odisha train accident: PM Modi chairs high-level meeting, to visit accident site later today.”
Thus, from the above fact check, it is clear that the original video has been edited.
