We ran a keyword search and found that the same video was shared on Facebook back in 2019 as well.
Taking a cue from this, we started scanning YouTube for the original video. The original video was shared by the YouTube channel of INC in January 2019. The video was titled, “LIVE: Congress President Rahul Gandhi addresses Indian diaspora in Dubai.”
The viral clip can be seen at the 2:22:42 time code of the original video. In the video, he can heard saying, “In an environment of violence, of anger, and you see it everywhere, you see it in the United States, you see it in Europe, you see it in the Middle East. In an environment of anger, India has the answer. India has the blueprint to provide an answer, not just to India but to the entire planet. Non-violence is embedded inside our DNA.
