After Noida Man Gets Rs 7 Crore Uber Bill, Bengaluru Resident Shocked As Uber Auto Ride Results In Rs 1 Crore Bill

Bengaluru: In a bizarre turn of events, following the uproar over a ₹7 crore bill for an auto ride in Noida, another similar incident has emerged from Bengaluru. A Hyderabad-based vlogger claimed he was charged ₹1 crore for a 10-minute auto ride in Bengaluru by Uber. The incident was shared on Instagram.

Sriraj Nilesh and his wife, had booked an autorickshaw through an aggregator app for a 10-minute ride. Initially, the app displayed a fare of ₹207 for the journey.

However, upon reaching their destination and, they were shocked to see a bill of ₹1 crore. UBER has not yet reacted on the issue.

Earlier on Friday, another Uber user encountered a similar situation in Noida. Deepak Tenguriya, who booked an auto ride via Uber India, anticipating a fare of merely ₹62, was shocked to see a hefty bill of ₹7.66 crore on his app upon reaching his destination.
