In this backdrop, screenshot of a news bulletin purportedly showing Exit Poll results from Uttar Pradesh is being widely shared on social media with a claim that All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) is going to get 250 out of 403 seats in the State Assembly Elections 2022.
The screenshot is being shared with a caption that reads, “AIMIM 250 बस यही है एक्जिट पोल आप सब देख लिजिए आयेंगे अखिलेश ही.” (English translation, “AIMIM 250 that is exit poll, All of you see Akhilesh will come.”)

FACT CHECK
NewsMobile did a fact-check and found the claim to be fake.
We closely observed that on the top right corner it mentioned ‘#ExitpollsonABP’, thus we could ascertain that the screenshot was taken from ABP Exit Polls.
We found that according to ABP Exit Polls, BJP might get 228-224 seats, SP might get 132 to 148 seats, BSP might get 13-21 seats and Congress might get 4-8 seats in Uttar Pradesh.
Also, the screenshot mentioned Exit Poll of the fourth phase of UP Elections. Hence, we checked and found that according to ABP Exit Polls for the fourth phase, BJP might win, 130-146 seats, SP might win 77-93 seats, BSP might win 4-12 seats, Congress and others might win 0-4 seats. However, it nowhere mentioned that AIMIM will win 350 seats.
Hence, we can ascertain that the viral screenshot is altered and ABP Exit Polls never predicted that AIMIM will get 250 out of 403 seats.
