New Delhi: The scorching heatwave experienced in northwest India is likely to come down with the recent update from the Meteorological Department. The temperature is likely to decrease by two to three degrees due to the increased presence of clouds.

Senior scientist at the Indian Meteorological Department R.K.Jenamani in an interview with ANI said that “The major spell of the heatwave is over. The heatwave will remit from tomorrow in Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir.”

According to recent reports, Delhi will have wind and cloud conditions. Predicted western disturbances are already showing effects over north-western India.

The All India Temperature was highest over the last few days due to no rainfall in the last 50 days.
