Running a Reverse Image Search of the viral picture, we found a tweet by AAP MLA from Delhi Naresh Balyan, dated September 14, 2022. The picture used in the tweet matches the viral image and the caption informs that it is from Madhya Pradesh. Balyan criticised Shivraj Chouhan — CM of the state.
According to a news article on NDTV, dated September 15, 2022, with a title: Woman Holds Blood Bag For Transfusion As Daughter Sits On Hospital Floor, the woman was holding the blood transfusion bag for her 15-year-old daughter who was sitting on the hospital floor in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. The child had to sit on the floor since there were no vacant beds.
The picture matches the viral image and the article confirms that the location of the incident is Madhya Pradesh. Deccan Herald, too, confirmed the location of the incident to be MP through one of its articles on the same day.
