New Delhi: Anurag Kashyap’s next diretorial venture Bombay Velvet is one of the highly anticipated films of this year.
Not only has this film brought Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka together for the first time, with BV, filmmaker Karan Johar is also making his big debut as a baddie.
But grapevine suggests Indian cricketer Virat Kohli will be making his Bollywood debut with his flick.
What’s more is that Kohli will be seen sharing screen space with his ladylove as well. Yes, the Delhi lad has quite a few scenes with Anushka in the film which is slated to release on May 12.
Apparently, Anushka’s boyfriend plays a cricketer in his debut venture.
While talking to a leading website, a source revealed, “Though the film has Ranbir Kapoor as the main lead, Virat will be seen sharing a few important scenes with Anushka.
In fact Virat’s role is inspired from his real life. He plays a cricketer in the film.â€
Although, there has been no official announcement regarding Virat’s cameo in the film, only time will tell what the film has in store for all.
