England need 284 to win third Test

Date:

England were set a target of 284 to win the third and final Test and level the three-match series after they dismissed Pakistan for 355 in their second innings in Sharjah on Wednesday.

Pakistan, who lead the series 1-0 on account of their 178-run win in the second Test in Dubai, were indebted to a fine 151 by opener Mohammad Hafeez on the fourth day at Sharjah stadium.

The first Test ended in a draw in Abu Dhabi.
