Six local goons were injured and four others managed to escape, in an encounter with Gurgaon police on Tuesday. The incident happened at Sohna Road.
The injured have been admitted to AIIMS, where one’s condition was stated to be serious. According to sources, all the goons were local thieves.
Acting on a tip off, the cops chased down the goons. The goons opened fire at the police and the cops also retaliated.
When NewsMobile contacted Sohna Police Station, they refused to comment over the incident.
