The Indian army displayed immense spark and aggression when they avenged for the brutal deaths of their colleagues. Now, while that operation garnered a lot of eyeballs, surprisingly there were no reactions of sorts from the Prime Minister himself.
While many had started scripting conspiracy theories, Modi shut them all up by meeting the soldiers of the 21 Para Regiment, the special force which took part in cross-border raids in Myanmar last week.
The soldiers were in the national capital to meet the Prime Minister a few days ago.
The PM congratulated the Para team and learnt the details of the operation, Defence Ministry sources revealed. Among those present were senior army officers of the Eastern command.
Apart from this. Modi also met the ‘Cobra’ commandos of the CRPF who took part in an encounter in Jharkhand on June 8 and killed 12 Maoists.
