Nirmala Sitharaman to tie ‘rakhi’ to soldiers in Tawang

New Delhi, Aug 16 (PTI) Minister of State for CommerceNirmala Sitharaman will tie ‘rakhi’ to security personnelguarding the Sino-Indian border in Tawang. Accompanied by Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju,Sitharaman will attend a special function in the border townin Arunachal Pradesh tomorrow on the occasion of’Rakshabandhan’ on Thursday. Rijiju said Sitharaman will tie ‘rakhi’ to securitypersonnel deployed in the icy heights along the border withChina.
