UP govt ‘removes’ Chairman of Nodia, Greater Noida

Lucknow, Aug 16 (PTI) Uttar Pradesh government today"removed" senior IAS officer Praveer Kumar from the post ofChairman of Nodia, Greater Noida and CEO of Yamuna ExpresswayIndustrial Development Authority (YEIDA). Kumar has been removed from the post of Chairman of Noida,Greater Noida and YEIDA and shifted as Chairman of UP stateTransport Corporation, an official release said here. Sanjay Agarwal, who is the Principal Secretary (Power,Industrial and infrastructure development, NRI department) andChairman of UP Power generation and transmission corporation,has been appointed in place of Kumar, it said. Earlier in July, Kumar was made chairman of Noida, GreaterNoida and Yamuna Expressway Authority and CEO of YamunaExpressway Industrial Authority. PTI ABN DBS RGDBS
