BSNL CMD to interact with consumers in Kerala via Twitter

New Delhi, Sep 20 (PTI) BSNL Chairman and ManagingDirector Anupam Shrivastava will interact with consumers inKerala through Twitter tomorrow. This is for the first time that a top official of astate-run firm is interacting with consumers through themicroblogging site. "Anupam Shrivastava to interact with consumers in Keralain #Twitter Townhall on September 21, between 12pm-1pm," BSNLsaid in a statement. The ‘Twitter Townhall’ programme will give consumers inthe state opportunity to interact and share their feedbackwith CMD of the organisation, it said. "Besides ramping our infrastructure to meet customerexpectation we have also kick-started the SWAS or Service WithA Smile campaign across the nation to listen and connect withour customers," Shrivastava said. Kerala circle consumers of BSNL can follow Shrivastava onhis twitter handle @CMDBSNL on Twitter and Tweet theirfeedback using #TalkToBSNLCMD between 12 PM- 1 PM.
