New Delhi: Tanishq, a jewellery brand of Titan Company, has announced Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone as their brand ambassador. By bringing Deepika on board, Tanishq continues its journey of celebrating the value of true relationships, the company said in a statement.

“My relationship with Tanishq goes back many years to when I used to visit the Tanishq store in Bangalore with my family. I’m happy to say that by shopping at Tanishq over the years we have celebrated a great relationship and now with this association, it is truly a marriage,” she added.
The Happy New Year actress has been roped in as she is the “face of the Indian woman who is confident and progressive,” said Deepika Tewari, general manager – Marketing, jewellery division, Titan Company Limited.
“She is a woman of today who knows what she wants and makes her own choices, and at the same time is rooted and values relationships which is a mark of true progressiveness,” added Tewari.
As brand ambassador, the 29-year-old star will be a part of several campaigns and will make appearances at events around the world, adding pieces from Tanishq’s jewellery collections to her distinctive looks.
