Hrithik rubbishes rumours of Rs 400 crore alimony demand

Date:

Mumbai: The Hrithik-Sussanne split has again picked up heat with rife rumours of Sussanne demanding a whopping 400 crore alimony from her now estranged husband.

However, reacting to the rumour, the actor said it is “fabricated news”, which is testing his patience.

Clearly miffed at the reports claiming what they are, a visibly disappointed Hrithik tweeted, “Fabricated news articles. Demeaning my loved ones. Testing my patience.”

In December itself, there was news that their divorce was a Rs 100 crore settlement. However, Sussanne denied the reports, saying “there is no element of truth in the news and it is entirely speculative”.

Hrithik and Sussanne reportedly filed for divorce by mutual consent in April this year although Hrithik announced Sussanne’s decision to end their marriage via an official statement on December 13, 2013, thus ending their 17-year relationship. Both dated for four years before finally getting married on December 20, 2000. They have two sons – Hrehaan and Hridhaan.
