HC orders sealing of unauthorised constructions in Delhi

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday directed municipal authorities to seal all unauthorised constructions in a South Delhi colony where no sanction has been obtained.
A bench of justice Pradeep Nandrajog and Jayant Nath ordered the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) to submit a status report indicating the unauthorised constructions at Budh Vihar (Tajpur Pahari) colony along with the date of proposed demolition of the illegal structures.
