As the royal wedding is approaching, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have selected their carriage for the wedding procession. The newlyweds will feature in a coach that was earlier used by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
The royal couple has picked the Ascot Landeau from the Buckingham Palace in London that would be used for the public celebrations once they marry at Windsor Castle.
The procession is expected to begin right away the wedding ceremony in the carriage in which the couple will be driven into the Windsor street along the hills of the castle.
Just in case it rains that day, arrangements have been made for the Scottish State Coach built with huge windows, and a partial glass roof to allow spectators to see the passengers in it.
Ascot Landeau will be drawn by four grey Windsor horses accompanied by an escort departing from the St. George’s Chapel. The carriage is usually used by Queen Elizabeth II during her procession at the Royal Ascot horse race.
