Sensex and Nifty ended at record highs on Tuesday on hopes on improved quarter earnings. The 30-share index ended at 36,825.10 up 106.50 points or 0.29%, while the broader Nifty 50 gained 49.50 points to settle at all-time high of 11,134.30 as capital goods and auto stocks surged.
