Gordon Ramsay partners with National Geographic for his upcoming television show

The celebrity television chef, Gordon Ramsay who has received immense fame and popularity is now ready to create a new show that will move him to another direction. The series will be called ‘Unchartered’ and will be aired on National Geographic channel, according to reports by a leading daily.

Some of his other series to gain popularity world-wide include ‘Hell’s Kitchen’, ‘Kitchen Nightmares’, and ’24 hours to hell and back’, and now ‘Unchartered’ is expected to follow the league. This series will revolve around Gordon Ramsay, the celebrity chef who will go around the world and exhibit his culinary skills, showcasing them to be better than what the locals prepare.

In each episode, he will follow the traditional culinary techniques, exploring different cuisines and then engage in cooking competitions against the locals cooking their local food.

The production work is scheduled to begin this fall and the premiere date is yet to be announced. The series will be aired in 171 countries all the over the world.

For those who do not know Ramsay enough, we would like to give a brief introduction here. To many, Gordon is known as an ironman athlete and strives on the philosophy of not only the way he cooks but also how successfully and amazingly he runs his ventures.

In 2010, he broadcasted a U.K. television series ‘Gordon’s Great Escapes’ in which the chef himself explored the culture of India and South East Asia. Ramsay also owns a chain of restaurants that made him win multiple Michelin stars in the UK, the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe, and the Middle East.
